In this case, the patient was concerned not only about the discoloration of old composite restorations but also about the compromised appearance of the front teeth caused by wear of the incisal edges. Over time, the composite materials had lost their original appearance, and the teeth looked less attractive and harmonious.

To achieve a long-lasting esthetic result, the first step was the removal of the old composite restorations, followed by a detailed assessment of the condition of the teeth.

The teeth were then prepared for the placement of ceramic veneers. For accurate smile planning, a digital 3Shape scan and virtual restoration design were performed, making it possible to select the ideal tooth shape and length according to the patient's facial and smile characteristics.

Ceramic crowns were fabricated for teeth 1.1, 1.2, and 2.1, while ceramic veneers were created for teeth 1.3, 2.2, and 2.3.
