Aesthetic correction of front teeth shape and incisal edge with E-Max veneers

In this case, the patient was dissatisfied with the uneven contour of the front teeth, the insufficiently defined incisal edge, and the overall “flat” appearance of the smile.

The main goal of treatment was to create a more expressive, natural, and harmonious smile while preserving the patient’s individual facial features.

During the examination, aesthetic imperfections of the anterior teeth were identified, related to the anatomical shape of the teeth, an insufficiently pronounced surface texture, and poorly defined incisal edges.

These features affected the perception and natural appearance of the smile.

After a photographic protocol and smile analysis, future smile simulation was performed, taking into account facial proportions and the patient’s expectations.

This was followed by minimal tooth preparation and aesthetic rehabilitation using E-Max ceramic veneers.

Special attention was paid to creating natural tooth anatomy, refining the incisal edges, and achieving optimal optical properties of the ceramic material.

Result:

The proper proportions of the anterior teeth were restored, smile symmetry was improved, and the incisal edges became more expressive and natural.

The smile became harmonious, vibrant, and aesthetic while preserving the natural appearance of the teeth and the patient’s individuality.
