Complaints:

The patient wished to improve the aesthetics of her smile. She was dissatisfied with the shape of certain teeth, minor aesthetic imperfections, and the shade of her enamel. The patient wanted a brighter, more harmonious, and proportionate smile while maintaining a natural appearance.

Diagnosis:

Clinical examination revealed no significant functional disorders. Minor irregularities in the shape and proportions of the anterior teeth, as well as insufficient enamel brightness, were noted.

Treatment:

Treatment began with professional oral hygiene. Digital Smile Design was performed to plan the future outcome, followed by prosthetic rehabilitation using ceramic veneers in the anterior region. The restorations corrected the tooth shape, improved the color, and harmonized the smile. As a result, a natural and expressive smile with improved tooth proportions and a brighter enamel shade was achieved while fully preserving the patient's individuality.
