In this case, the patient wanted to improve the aesthetics of the smile by brightening the teeth and correcting the shape of the front teeth in the area of teeth 1.2–2.2.
During the examination, specific features of the shape and proportions of the front teeth, as well as an insufficiently bright enamel shade, were identified.
No functional disorders of the dentofacial system were detected.
Treatment began with professional oral hygiene.
After a photographic protocol and digital planning of the future smile using the Digital Smile Design (DSD) protocol, prosthetic rehabilitation of the anterior region of the upper jaw was performed using ceramic veneers.
During treatment, the shape of the teeth in the area of 1.2–2.2 was corrected, their proportions were improved, and a brighter natural smile shade was achieved.
Result:
A harmonious combination of shape, size, and color of the front teeth was achieved while preserving their natural appearance.
The smile became more aesthetic, expressive, and fully met the patient’s expectations.
