Aesthetic restoration of front teeth with E-Max veneers after replacement of old restorations

In this case, the patient was concerned about a yellowish tooth shade, uneven enamel color, old restorations in the anterior region, and the imperfect shape of the front teeth.

These issues negatively affected the aesthetics and harmony of her smile.

During the examination, enamel discoloration, old restorations with compromised marginal integrity, and changes in the shape and proportions of the anterior teeth were identified.

Comprehensive aesthetic rehabilitation was required to achieve the most natural-looking result.

Treatment began with digital diagnostics, including tooth scanning using the 3Shape system and future smile design.

After the shape and color were approved, a Mock-Up was created, allowing the future result to be evaluated in advance.

Then, under the control of an operating microscope, the old restorations were replaced and minimally invasive tooth preparation was performed.

At the final stage, highly aesthetic E-max ceramic veneers were bonded.

Result:

The uneven enamel color was completely corrected, old restorations were replaced, and the proper shape of the anterior teeth was restored.

The smile became brighter, more symmetrical, and more harmonious, while the ceramic veneers provided a natural appearance and a long-lasting aesthetic result.
