Aesthetic restoration of front teeth with ceramic restorations

Complaints:

The patient wished to improve the aesthetics of her smile. Her main goals were to achieve a lighter tooth shade and to level the incisal edge of the anterior teeth.

Diagnosis:

Clinical examination revealed aesthetic imperfections of the anterior teeth, including an uneven incisal edge and an insufficiently bright enamel shade. No functional disorders of the stomatognathic system were detected.

Treatment:

Treatment began with professional oral hygiene. Following Digital Smile Design planning, prosthetic treatment using ceramic restorations was performed. The incisal edge of the anterior teeth was corrected, symmetry was improved, and a lighter natural smile shade was achieved. As a result, the smile became more expressive, harmonious, and natural.

In this case, the patient wanted to make her smile brighter and more harmonious, as well as correct irregularities of the incisal edge of the front teeth.

Even minor aesthetic imperfections of the front teeth can affect the overall appearance and attractiveness of a smile.

Before starting treatment, digital planning of the future result was carried out using the Digital Smile Design (DSD) protocol, which made it possible to determine the optimal tooth shape and proportions in advance.

After professional dental cleaning, aesthetic rehabilitation was performed using ceramic veneers.

During treatment, the incisal edge of the front teeth was corrected, their symmetry was improved, and a brighter natural shade of the smile was achieved.

Result:

The aesthetic imperfections of the front teeth were eliminated, the incisal edge was aligned, and the smile proportions were improved.

The smile became more harmonious, expressive, and natural, while the ceramic restorations provided a long-lasting aesthetic result.
